  • Network audit. Periodic network auditing is essential to keeping your network healthy. Audits can be performed onsite or remote and include a complete end-to end network analysis in three phases — project/capacity planning, data collection and data analysis/report documentation. Current network conditions are assessed and recommendations for optimized network performance are provided via a comprehensive Network Audit Report.
  • NOC support services. Two types are available: (1) Monitored network service from the iDirect TAC (2) Managed network service in which the complete network is managed remotely round the clock from TAC.
    Remote or onsite managed upgrade support. An iDirect engineer can perform a complete network software upgrade on your network remotely, including pre-planning and back-up planning prior to the upgrade. We can also perform your software upgrade on-site, including in person training on the upgrade process and all new software features.

  • Link budget analysis. It’s not uncommon to require a preliminary validation of link budgets to make sure the right equipment is available. Whether you’re researching requirements for new networks or need to increase bandwidth on existing networks, we can help.
