Caroline Kahl

General Counsel

Caroline Kahl is General Counsel at ST Engineering iDirect, where she is responsible for managing the company’s legal affairs. Kahl brings over 20 years’ experience advising public and privately held high technology, telecommunications and emerging growth companies. She has an extensive legal background in international business, complex technology agreements, risk management, corporate governance and intellectual property protection.

Prior to ST Engineering iDirect, Kahl worked at Ascom Network Testing, Inc., a leading global provider of hardware and software products and solutions to test, benchmark and analyze mobile network performance. She served as general counsel and a member of the executive management team.

Kahl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College and a Juris Doctor degree from the Catholic University of America.
