Richard Deasington, Director of Business Development, has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, holding senior level positions in R&D and Engineering working closely on voice, data and transmission network systems. In his role, Richard is responsible for leading iDirect’s engineering and sales efforts for mobile backhaul solutions.
Gerry Collins, Director of Business Development, is responsible for developing iDirect’s 
cellular backhaul business strategy. With over 20 years’ experience in the cellular industry, Gerry works on combining the most recent developments in cellular optimization and High Throughput Satellites to bring economic solutions for the delivery of mobile broadband to rural areas globally.
