Chief Operating Officer

Jim Mohler serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ST Engineering iDirect, overseeing the iDirect Program Management Office, IT and IT Security Operations, the Global Services Business, and Customer Success Engineering. Under his leadership, his teams are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences by refining support processes and ensuring continuous product validation in alignment with customer needs.

With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, Mohler has held various executive positions. Most recently, he served as General Manager of the Terrestrial & Wireless Networks at Comtech Telecommunications, where he focused on enhancing efficiency, profitability, and organizational cohesion while managing P&L responsibilities and driving partnerships to strengthen business development initiatives. Before that, he served as the COO of the Trusted Location business unit, leading the provision of geolocation services for mobile network operators and cloud-based applications for enterprise customers.

Mohler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Saint Mary’s College of Maryland.
